This fine quality silver plate Champagne or wine cooler which dates from c1940 is by renowned silversmith Mappin & Webb and the base is marked with the maker's mark.

This stylish cooler has a knob handle to each side, is a nice heavy weight, has a fancy script letter W monogrammed to the front and is in nice original condition.

A very nice piece of vintage barware that will look wonderful on display.

Marked to base: Mappin & Webb. London & Sheffield. Mappin Plate. U in shield. W10324.

Condition: Excellent used vintage condition with only light signs of use in keeping with age. Silver plate in very good condition with only a few surface scratches and small tarnish marks. The inside is clean with a few spots/marks and some light scratches.

Please note that only the cooler is included and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
