Antique Late VictorianMahogany Astragal Glazed Library Bookcase in the Regency Style and dating from around 1890. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded cornice top with dental moulding and with deep crossbanded frieze and fine stringing. This is above two astragal glazed doors with original brass handle and working key and with fine stringing. Internally there are four fully adjustable shelves. To the base there is a moulded edge to the top with fine stringing above two drawers with fine stringing and which are mahogany lined with original brass handles. This is over two panelled doors with wide crossbanded edges and fine stringing and original brass handles. Internally there is a single shelf and it is raised on tapered legs on a pad foot with fine stringing. Of excellent the quality and Separates for ease of transporting.
