Antique Silk Ikat Panel, 1.65m X 1.26m

Description

This wonderful silk ikat comes from Uzbekistan and was made in the last years of the 19th century. It is a lovely panel with vibrant shades of aubergine and gold. Lovely drawing of the design. Lined with a printed Russian chintz. Professionally cleaned. A decorative piece which would work well as a wall hanging or as a cover. Very good usable condition.
