Small Bamboo Hall Stand C.1890

19th century
Description

Neat little late 19th.c. bamboo hall stand c.1890. Unusually narrow, just 28" wide including hooks (main body is 21" wide). Six bamboo hooks arranged around a diamond shaped mirror with a bevelled edge and unusual woven grass frame. On a bamboo frame with a blue and white Delft tile and a stand for sticks and umbrellas with a loose metal drip tray in the base. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
