A good large photograph frame made from English sterling silver with a solid Oak backing incorporating a two-way easel stand. The is the most sought-after type with the stand allowing the frame to be used in both a landscape and portrait configuration.

The silver is fully hallmarked for London 1918, a true antique example, the frame also signed by the well regarded silversmith, Mappin & Webb.

A lovely simple and clean example to adorn traditional to modern interiors in excellent condition measuring 11 1/4" x 9" with the glazed aperture measuring 9 1/2" x 7 1/4".
