For your consideration is this very striking and imposing Art Deco double wardrobe with a modernist slant. The veneers are wonderful offering light and dark tones. This stand alone wardrobe would fit perfectly in any modern or modernist interior. The American walnut is evident through out including the sides, from every angle this is an imposing piece of furniture. Inside offers full length hanging space and with internal added hidden shelving to the left side ensures there is storage for all needs including folded items. There is also a full length mirror on the inside of one of the doors. Currently the original chrome hanging rail covers the width of the robe but we can also at no extra cost adapt the rails to hang front to back if so desired. The wardrobe stands on raised ebonised block feet which have a scalloped, cloud design and makes a nice added detail. The original door handles are chrome with pea green phenolic bakelite accents. This wardrobe disassembles into two parts for ease of relocation, perfect for those narrow stair cases and sharp turns on landings.
