Description

An attractive antique pine pedestal desk with a rectangular shaped top. The desk has two pedestals and an arrangement of nine fitted drawers around the central kneehole. Each of the drawers is fitted with decorative Georgian style brass handles. Raised on shaped plinth base.

CONDITION REPORT:

This antique pine pedestal desk is in good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. There is general surface wear in places including age-related marks to the surface top (pictured), and some losses to the front right-hand corner (also pictured). There are replacement plywood backs to each of the pedestals. The desk is structurally solid and sound and is all one piece – so does not come apart for transport.
