A beautiful French mahogany commode from the Louis Philippe period. Of good construction in solid mahogany with attractive flame mahogany veneers onto a solid oak and pine carcas. The rectangular top is of solid varigated grey marble. Strorage space is afforded by a series of 5 long drawers (one in the freeze, and one in the plinth) , fitted with stunning original brass handles and lock plates. The top drawer is compartmentalised and the top 4 drawers are lockable (key supplied). This eye catching commode is offered for sale in excellent condition, with a wonderful colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
