This is a fabulous clock which epitomises the Art Deco era.
The case is most unique made of a selection of heavily veined fine marbles but what makes this clock quite unique is the pair of silver plated Swallows perched on the top - they are extremely well made with fine detail.
The high grade french clock movement is totally original and has just undergone a full and comprehensive restoration and overhaul by Alan Williams of Plymouth Clocks, a Fellow of the British Horological Institute, so is in tip top condition and should give trouble free service for many years to come.
It comes with its original pendulum, winding key and fine adjustment key
It runs for over 8 days between winding and strikes on the hour and half hour on a small tuned bell.
The clock movement comes with a full 12 month warranty.
