Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The beautifully polished case has a nice, narrow surround with grapevine "ears" and a brass surround glazed opening through which the brass pendulum can be seen working and an opening door to the underside.
A brass bezel surrounds the 12" white painted dial with black Roman numerals and nicely cut hands.
A very attractive clock.
