For your consideration is this delightful early 1930's Art Deco porcelain Souvenir Beach powder jar /box. Depicting a flapper girl in beach wear in the fashion of the day sat on a crab. Beautifully hand painted with pearled finish to the shell. These souvenirs were sold in holiday destinations and often as a winnable gift from a local travelling fair. Today these souvenirs are highly collectible and sort after and range vastly in quality. This particular one is above average in it's design and craftsmanship.
