Description

Antique Swiss full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model from the Dennison Watch Case Company, a Birmingham based company who supplied various watch makers with cases. There are general light surface marks and some rubbing towards the perimeter from where the watch has been in a pocket.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition.

The dial has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There is a faint hairline crack running across the dial but it is difficult to see with the naked eye.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
