The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Orta, a brand name registered by the General Watch Company in 1911.

The watch measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was manufactured by Manufacture Genevoise de Boites de Montres. The case is in good condition with just general light surface marks, nothing too serious at all.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in lovely condition.
The dial is in its original finish and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
