Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1910s.
I can’t work out if that is in Swedish or not. I think they may have been presented to someone.

These armchairs are a generous size with highish backs & are constructed very well. I would date them to around the 1910-20’s period, but that plaque date is throwing me a bit.
The frames are solid walnut with plenty of fine carvings especially around the bottom half of these chairs. They have French cabriole legs which are joined by well shaped cross stretchers. The needlepoint fabric is hand tack al over onto the frames.
