Antique 19thc Treen Ash Costral Banded In Willow. Scottish C1840-60

A rare form of Costral /Cider Barrel from the 19thc....I have not seen this shape before, which is what really sets it out from ordinary Costrals...this one is made from Ash and is banded in Willow....it has gained a very good colour and is in excellent condition.
Scottish. C1840-60.
