The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a keyless top-wind movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Omega name, and it is all protected by an inner hinged cover which has a few short scratches where it has been opened in the past, and the initials PB have been scratched into this inner cover.
The watch measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
It has the usual marks that we see on gun metal but overall the condition is good. The gold embellishments are a nice feature which really give the watch a lift. The inside of the hinged case back has the early Omega logo.
The watch glass is in lovely condition, as is the signed dial.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
