Small Antique Edwardian Mahogany Bureau on Legs

1900 - 1920
Description

A beautiful and elegant antique writing bureau in mahogany, dating from the 1890-1910 period.

This is of extremely fine quality, it is a lovely slim and useful size. The flame mahogany veneers are striking and have a beautiful colour. The construction is all solid wood with solid oak lined drawers and fine dovetailed joints. This has the original brass pendant handles and a useful work space with pigeon holes and extra interior drawers.

We have just had this French polished, it is in great condition for its age.

Height – 40 inches , 102 cm

Knee height – 30 inches , 76 cm
