Pair of Swedish Art Deco Satin Birch Armchairs

1920 - 1940
Description

A beautiful & very stylish pair of original Art Deco period armchairs, these were made in Sweden and they date from the 1930’s period.

They are of superb quality, with wonderful satin birch frames. There is also a banding of a zebrano wood around the base.

These are very solidly built, they are very comfortable and are in superb condition throughout. The frames have been recently French polished, and we have had them re-upholstered in our cream cotton fabric.

Height – 27 inches , 69 cm

Seat height – 15 inches , 39 cm
