Good Inlaid Rosewood Side Cabinet

Description

A good quality late 19th Century Sheraton revival rosewood and inlaid side cabinet. The top having a stylish inlaid pediment above the dentil cornice leading to 2 doors with astragal glazing bars and bevel edged plate glass windows. Below a bevel edged mirror is flanked by 2 shelves above arched mirrors. The raised centre having a useful drawer with a pair of inlaid and mirrored doors. The side doors with further bevel edged glass and glazing bars and the whole retains the original velvet linings, engraved hinges and handles. Inlaid throughout with satinwood, boxwood and various exotic imported woods. The whole raised on 6 square tapered feet and in very good original condition with working V.R.stamped locks & keys. Transports in one piece. Dimensions:- Height…82''/ 208cm. Width…56.75''/ 144cm. Depth…17.25''/ 43.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £85.
