Cased Silver Christening Set Comprising Spoon & Pusher London 1909

A very fine, solid silver child''s spoon & pusher Christening set, in a fitted case. The spoon and pusher have an Albany pattern handle and are a good heavy gauge. The case closes well with a push button catch. Inside it the case is lined with purple velvet and cream satin with a retailer mark for Wilson & Gill The Goldsmiths 189 Regent Street London. Hallmarks are very clearly visible on the back of both pieces for the London Assay office with a date mark for 1909 with maker''s marks for the silversmiths Francis Higgins & Sons Ltd.
Would make a lovely Christening present or New Baby gift!
The presentation case is in great condition on both the outside and the inside.
