A fine Victorian silver mounted cut glass hip flask and beaker combination, hallmarked for Jane Brownett & Alexander Jones, London 1883 and retailed by Clark of 20 Old Bond Street, with engraved monograms on the lid and the front of the beaker.
The flask has a beaker which slides off the bottom with a silver-gilt interior and a screw off lid. Both the lid and the beaker have their own sets of full matching silver hallmarks and monograms, and the beaker has the retailers name engraved underneath.
Condition:
In overall great condition. No dents or damage. A few light scratches and marks commensurate with age. A tiny nibble to the glass rim underneath the cap. Hallmarks nice and crisp and readable. Ready to be used and enjoyed.
