A mid 18thc Sycamore turned food platter...it has gained a wonderful patination that you get with early domestic treen and is profusely scored with decades of knife marks which is always so pleasing to see.....one of the best platters I have bought..!
English. C1740-60. (Collection number 45 on the reverse)
