A good sized very decorative 19th century French champeve enamel mantle clock , decorated with gilt bronze ( ormolu) and torquoise, navy and white enamel. Two ornate pillars either side of the movement and to the dial Roman numerals with a white enamel background. It has an eight day movement striking on a bell on the hour and half hour . The French movement is of excellent quality and has the H Luppens, Paris. Stamped on the back plate . In working order .
