This is a fabulous French mantel clock dated to around 1860.

It has a handpainted porcelain urn decorated with flowers and a panel to the base depicting a romantic country scene. The dial is also handpainted featuring a house with a river all of which are in the Sevres style.

The dial is in excellent original condition with no cracks or chips.
It comes with its original key and pendulum.
A beautiful small mantle or bedroom clock which will give great pleasure for many years to come.

It strikes on the hour and half hour on a bell.
This clock has obviously been highly prized and looked after, with only slight deterioration of the gilding which you would expect from a clock which is 150 years old.

The clock movement comes with a full 12 month warranty.
