Antique English Sterling Silver Topped Jar or Pot - Scottish Stag Scene

Description

A really charming vanity jar or pot, most unusual with a wonderful Scottish Highland scene with the imposing Stag at it's centre.

The crystal base is intricately cut with a highly decorative pattern and a star cut to the underside, the glass is in perfect condition without chips or cracks.

The sterling silver lid fits perfectly and is hallmarked for Birmingham 1903, making this a true Edwardian example.

Excellent condition with a couple of insignificant dints or dents to the side of the lid but mentioned for accuracy. Measures 2 1/2" across the lid x 2" tall.
