Antique Georgian Period Oak Court Cupboard C1720-40

Antique Georgian Period Oak Court Cupboard and dating from around the time of George 11 c1720-40. It has a carved canopy top with dental moulding and carved frieze with carved acanthus leaf corrals to each end and on turned baluster supports. There are two carved small drawers to the centre both of which are pine lined with original knob handles flanked on either side by an acanthus leaf corbal and a carved panelled cupboard door. The base has a carved Lunette frieze above two long pine lined drawers with carved fronts and turned knob handles and above two doors with fielded panels and with a carved top panel and with turned knob handles and with a single internal shelf.it is raised on style feet and has panelled sides . It is hand and peg joined with all original carving. The top removes from the base for ease of transporting.
