Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
It is large and impressive, the quality is fantastic throughout. This sits on two thick cylindrical bases that sit on finely carved hairy paw feet.
The two drawers on the front are solid oak lined and have fine dovetailed joints. The rosewood has stunning grain patterns and a gorgeous colour throughout.
The top has been re-leathered, hand coloured and gold tooled around the edges. We have also had this recently French polished, it is in excellent condition for its age.
