Description

A rather charming set of four 19th century antique elm country chairs in the manner of Clissett with the spindle backs, hard elm seats with attractive grain, raised on turned front legs with decorative turned front stretcher and straight stretcher supports to the sides and back.

DIMENSIONS:

Height – 92cm / Width – 51cm / Depth – 37cm / Seat Height – 45cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. General surface wear in places including the seats (pictured), but overall, good. All chairs are structurally solid and sound with good tight joints. Particularly pleasing colour and patina. A good set of four chairs.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores all our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is home ready!
