Description

For sale is a good quality Victorian mahogany partners desk by Davis & Co. Of large proportions, the desk has a read leather hide writing surface, decorated with gold tooling, above three drawers in the top the front, and a further three drawers on the opposing side, each with brass handles. The top fits onto two pedestals, both with three graduated drawers to one side and cupboards to the other, above a plinth base. The pedestals are reversible so that you can have drawers and a cupboard on each side, or drawers on one side and cupboards on the other. The desk comes apart into three sections for ease of transport and is in very good condition for its age.
