Large 18th Century Welsh Oak Hanging Cupboard

An impressive large 18th century Welsh oak panelled hanging cupboard with moulded cornice above two panelled doors revealing a spacious interior, two fitted drawers to the base each with brass swan neck handles, raised on stile feet. Panelled throughout including the sides. Separates into two parts for ease of transport and movement. Working lock and key to one of the doors.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. Surface wear throughout with many age-related marks and signs of wear. A well-used 18th century cupboard, remaining structurally solid and sound. Evidence of old historic woodworm in various places – this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. A particularly pleasing example with good colour and patina throughout.
