Antique Pewter has dated this Antique Pewter Deep Plate to the 19th Century.
The front rim is engraved with the initials 'CHL' and the date 1845. The reverse of the plate has a clear touch mark along with a crowned X and a London label, there is also a clear set of hall marks. This plate has a particularly well hammered bouge.

Condition:
The plate is in good condition with an unpolished finish to the front, there are some knife marks to the front showing signs of use. The reverse is unpolished with light oxide.
