Attributed to school of Nancy.
The Nancy School was formally organized in 1901 by a group of young craftsmen in the city.
The new group was led by Émile Gallé. The group participated with great success in the Paris Universal Exposition of 1900. Gallé particularly urged artists to return to nature as their principal source of inspiration.
