Fine flame mahogany case
4 pillar portico design
Metal Dial
Fantastic patina
Ormolu capped pillars
Clean dial with open bezel
Movement is signed
French 8-day striking movement
Sought after table regulator
Circa 1840
Measures 45cm high by 23.5cm wide & 13cm deep bezel is 13.5cm
This is a lovely portico case, with fine ormolu capped 4 pillar supports with visible embossed brass pendulum. Wonderful large carved brass bezel this is an open bezel. Standing on fine turned bun feet and lovely hand cut ormolu mounts.
Good condition for age dial numerals have been redone, showing slight signs or age please view the many photos make sure happy
