Pair of Silver Art Nouveau Bud Vases 1916

1900 - 1920
Description

A superb Pair of ANTIQUE SILVER POSY VASES made by the well-known silversmith Joseph Gloster in 1916.

Standing on a raised and stepped base with a knobbed stem rising to a bulbous mouth with flared and wavy rim, these lovely vases are in excellent condition despite being over 100 years old.

Dimensions:

Height – 8.0” (200mm) / Diameter – 3.0” (75mm)

Weight – 189gm / 6.08ozt : 130gm / 4.19ozt

Condition:

All of the items we have for sale are antiques i.e. they are more than 100 years old (unless otherwise stated) and have therefore been used and preloved. As such they will have age and usage related marks. Where an item has minor faults or imperfections these are noted below:
