A Fine Quality Marquetry Inlaid Edwards & Roberts Cabinet

1900 - 1920
Description

A fine quality marquetry inlaid Edwards & Roberts cabinet. The rectangular solid mahogany top with a raised brass gallery and cross banded in satinwood, above a fine marquetry and pen-work inlaid frieze depicting griffins and a classical urn. The rectangular bevelled glass door opens to reveal a mahogany shelved interior. The lower section with a wonderful marquetry and pen-work inlaid panel in the form of a flaming urn with trailing floral marquetry. Having solid mahogany sides and standing on splayed satinwood inlaid supports. English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 21" wide x 17" deep x 41" high

Condition: This cabinet is in superb condition
