Antique Persian Painted Wood Mirror

Description

A charming and interesting antique painted wood mirror. This is a genuine antique and looks at least 100 years old, maybe more. This was made in Persia, modern day Iran. There is a scrap of paper stuck to the back with something written in Farsi, translate if you can!

It is painted with beautiful art work, the paint is a little distressed and chipped in places. There are two small doors which open to reveal the mirror. The mirror has some age related distress marks to the silvering, which you only get with real age.

Depth – 1 inch , 3 cm

Height – 19 inches , 49 cm
