Description

So hard to find a set of three days and quite wonderful when they are made by such a highly esteemed silversmith, Mappin & Webb.

Very simple and elegant, there is a decorative edging and a decorative twist handle, all the handles can be removed for storage inside each other, or even better, they look splendid hung on the wall with the triangular hook on each.

Each is marked on the inside "Triple Deposit / Mappin & Webb's Princes Plate / London & Sheffield".

Excellent condition, the large measuring 14 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 9 1/4" tall; the medium measuring 12 1/2" x 9 1/4" x 8" tall and the small measuring 10" x 8" x 6 1/2" tall. Victorian in era, c.1880.
