A stunning, heavy gauge arts and crafts silver bowl with a hammered finish, sitting on one circular foot. The ornate twin handles are a scroll design with a mythical creature, possibly griffin heads.
Crisp and clear hallmarks are visible on one side for the Chester Assay office with a date mark for 1904 and Lion Passant. The silver maker''s mark is also clear: George Nathan & Ridley Hayes.
Condition: In lovely antique condition with some minor indentations and scratching to the bowl interior.
