The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement , grade 293, which is working well.

The watch measures 49.3mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold filled and is the Victory model made by the Philadelphia Watch Case Company. It has a screw-on bezel and back, another good sign of quality. The case has light surface marking from use and a couple of small “dings” to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.
The acrylic lens is in nice condition.
The signed dial is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
