Description

A most handsome and fairly large pocket telescope dating to around 1860, Victorian in era. The telescope is clad in a black leather covering and the brass has been professionally re-polished to gleam.

The lens has a brass cover and the eye piece has a little integrated shutter to protect the eye hole.

In fine working condition the telescope measures 8 1/2" when fully closed and extends to 23".
