The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The watch has a seven jewel stem-winding movement, Am W Co grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 8,100,819 dates it back to 1897. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 40mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is beautifully decorated all around and the condition is excellent.

The watch glass is in lovely condition.
The signed dial has blued steel hands and an outer minute track. There is a hairline crack over number 8 but it is faint.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
