Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1850s.
The 19th century mirror with a gilt egg and dart pediment, above a turret cornered overlapping leaf and gilt moulding, the moulding continued to the sides, and thence sweeping into a rounded, scrolled and arcaded lower edge. The scrolls finished with flower head rosettes.
Complete with inset wood back.
Date circa 1850.
