Pinefinders has dated this piece to the 1910s.
Sitting on very nicely carved feet, the bottom section has one large shelf inside a cupboard which has a fully working lock and key together with external French style hinges so that the door open fully wide.
The top section, which separates from the bottom for delivery, is topped with lovely ornate carving and has two shelves inside, one large shelf and one part depth shelf inside whilst the bottom section has one large shelf inside.
Recently stripped, can be purchased in the bare wood for £775 or wax polished for £867.
