Description

A rare late 18th century Napoleonic officers folding campaign knife and corkscrew.

Decorated with mother of pearl and gold.

French silver mark to one end.

Foliate decoration to one edge.

Cutlers mark to steel blade.

Date 1781-1789

Opens very well and the blade locks into place. To close you have to press the button down and when it unlocks it can be closed.

It is in remarkable condition commensurate with age and the use it would have seen in the field. Please look at the pictures to see the condition.
