An Edwardian Chippendale style mahogany 4 door bookcase. The rectangular shaped top having a moulded and egg & dart carved edge above the cross banded and cock beaded frieze. The 4 cross banded mahogany framed doors having 13 pane astragal glazing bars, brass closing strip and working brass locks with key. The whole supported on an off set plinth with gadrooned carved edge and raised on claw and ball legs with carved shells to the knees. Dimensions:- Height…51’’/ 129.5cm. Width…72’’/ 183cm.
