Description

Fine late 17th, century oak four paneled coffer with carved frieze and carving to front stiles. Original iron lock plate. Paneled top, sides and back and with candle box within. Original iron pin hinges. All in fine original condition. Really dark colour with fantastic waxed patina and lovely and dry inside.

Size; 22.5" high, 53" long 23" deep.
