Description

Fabulous quality French Belle Epoque marble top side cabinet with drawers c.1900. Exceptionally well figured 1¼" thick marble top with a moulded edge. Over a two door cabinet fitted inside with four long drawers for linen, clothing etc. Crisply carved door fronts featuring oval centres carved with flower garlands within moulded surrounds. Original gilded laurel leaf pattern escutcheons. Carved mouldings above and below the doors continued on the sides. Raised on short tapering turned and fluted legs front and rear. Solid oak panel sides and back, oak drawer fronts and linings. Excellent condition, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
