Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Fall Front Bureau

An antique Edwardian inlaid mahogany writing bureau with fall front revealing a fitted interior, above an arrangement of two short over three long drawers all with swan neck handles and inlaid detail, raised on bracket feet. The drawers all have working locks and a key. No key present for the fall front.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. General surface wear throughout with some marks and minor scratches in places (pictured). Structurally solid. Evidence of old historic wood worm to the ply back board and to the back of the top – this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores all our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is home ready!
