An unusual pair of late Victorian opera glasses finished in silvered and gilt metal, the barrels embossed with Chinese scenes depicting a fisherman with net & crab, and a female flower picker. These beautiful opera glasses come with an original velvet carry case, have a twist knob to magnify and are in excellent working order, there is a small dent to the rim of the left barrel otherwise the condition is very good.
