Pretty Louis Xvi Style King Size Caned Bed

Description

Pretty Louis XVI style French caned// bergere painted caned bed. Naturally aged paintwork has been sympathetically cleaned and waxed to preserve. Lovely fluted columns and carved bed knobs. Cane in good usable condition with small repair at base of inside of foot board.

Suitable for king size mattress 150 cms x 200 cms.

Head board height 135cm

Foot board height 110cm

Side rail height 25cm

Overall width 150cm

Overall length 217cm

Price includes slats (sorry not mattress)

As an alternative to the wood slats for superior mattress support and to raise get in to bed height we can supply 2" mini box bases (as used for photograph) with platform tops £225 or 4" deep mini box bases £275. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices. Please enquire for details
